Bernd Heinrichs has 20 years of professional experience in the high tech communications market. He was actively involved in early research on and development of TCP/IP and ATM protocols when he was with Technical University of Aachen, Germany. After that he managed several engineering projects for Ericsson. It followed a move to Cisco in 1996, where he was running different Sales, Channel, Business Development and Marketing Operations. Since August 2013 he is Managing Director for Internet of Things Sales and R&D in EMEAR.

Emmanuel Routier started his carreer in 1991 at France Telecom on the deregulated market of voice & data private networks for French major accounts. Emmanuel then worked during 11 years in wholesale business, which took him to the US for France Telecom North America and to Europe for Mobistar. He also played an active role from 2004 to 2006 in the coordination of France Telecom Group wholesales business as Wholesale Coordination Committee Officer.. He joined Mobistar in 1999, where he managed Mobistar interconnection business, then extended his responsibilities to roaming, mobile & fix wholesales business and then to Machine to Machine activity. Emmanuel is, since beginning 2009, Director Machine to Machine & Intl M2M Center. He is responsible for Mobistar Machine to Machine Business Unit and for the M2M global offer for the Orange Group.

Miguel is head of product management for connected devices. He has more than 20 years’ experience in telecoms and is currently responsible for the connected devices portfolio offering within Business Unit Networks. Most recently, he has been responsible for the Mobile TV and IPTV network infrastructure portfolios within Ericsson. Prior to his engagements in the TV area, he held several senior management positions within R&D, Marketing and Business Development. He was involved in the first deployments of GSM, the Japanese PDC mobile system and WCDMA. He holds a M.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden.

Mrs. Kocabaş started her professional career as a Management Trainee at Koç Holding, Mrs. Kocabaş later worked as Human Resources Expert at Arçelik, then as a Human Resources Coordinator at Marshall for five years, followed by Danone Sa where she worked for four years as Human Resources Director and was responsible for founding the water and milk companies, establishing the proper structure and deploying optimum human resources.Selen Kocabaş is a graduate of Economics from Istanbul University. She also obtained a master's degree in Human Resources Management from Marmara University.

Before his time with Dell he was an entrepreneurial leader in some small manufacturing startups after working for Alcoa for nine years. Mike has a unique view of engineering, manufacturing and product development having worked his way up the ranks from the shop floor to his current executive leadership position. His vision is to transform DPPIS to be a premiere provider of engineering solutions to Dell's customers helping them apply leading edge solutions capitalizing on modern technology and lean principles for product development and manufacturing.

Head of the M2M Centre of Competence at Swisscom, Gerhard Schedler leads the development of the M2M business unit in both national and international markets.Prior joining Swisscom in 2012 , Gerhard Schedler, held the position of President & CEO, IDENTEC SOLUTIONS from 2006-2011 where he was instrumental in transforming the company from a tech start up into a global leader of active RFID and wireless solutions. Schedler was also accredited with establishing an industry alliance that ultimately lead to increased market adoption and standarization. Mr. Schedler holds both a technical degree from the University of Applied Sciences of Technology Buchs (Switzerland) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Economics in Strathclyde (Scotland).

Before, he worked as Business Development Manager at Ericsson Spain and Product Manager of new means of Payment in the Spanish Confederation of Saving Banks.

In 2007 Omer Pesach co-founded and served as CTO of BroadSense Ltd., a startup in the cellular networks diagnostics field which was later acquired by RedBend Software, a global mobile software management and FOTA technology company servicing mobile phone manufacturers and operators. Prior to BroadSense, Omer Pesach was a partner and VP R&D of Peroon, a mobile software development firm.

He is one of the co-founders of Cumulocity and was previously responsible for the Machine-to-Machine Business at Nokia Siemens Networks. In this role Bernd and his team created one of the leading cloud based software platforms for M2M solutions which was launched by Nokia Siemens Networks under the name Cumulocity. Previously he also successfully incubated the Machine-to-Machine innovation program out of Silicon Valley, California as part of the Nokia Siemens Networks business venturing activities. Stéphane Paccaud currently oversees the business development of the HP Machine to Machine offering, with responsibilities to develop the HP vision, to grow the customer base, to develop alliances, and to support the solution roadmap evolution. Stéphane has been working with HP for more than 8 years, in various business development and alliance management roles in EMEA and globally.

Most recently, Stéphane developed and introduced innovative solutions for the automation of smart metering and smartgrid processes. In his first years in HP, Stéphane developed channels to market and strategic partnerships for the HP telecoms software with System Integrators and equipment providers.Prior to joining HP, Stéphane had spent 4 years with ALU (Lucent Technologies at the time) in EMEA product management and business development roles, where he developed and introduced innovative convergent charging solution for pre and postpaid, voice and data schemes. He joined Aeris in 1996 as Vice President, Engineering and member of the founding executive team of Aeris. Mr. Hosain has over 32 years' experience in the semiconductor, computer and telecommunications industries, including product development, architecture design and technical management. Prior to joining Aeris, he held senior engineering and management positions at Analog Devices, Cypress Semiconductor, CAD National and ESS Technology. Mr. Hosain is Chairman of the International Forum on ANSI‐41 Standards Technology (IFAST) and represents Aeris at the CDMA Development Group (CDG). Rachel Ginzberg is heading the M2M business unit in Amdocs. In this role, she leads the product build and go-to-market aspects. M2M is a strategic direction for Amdocs, and Ms Ginzberg is leading it based on her experience in developing similar strategic offerings for Amdocs. In her previous position as director of Product Management, Ms. Ginzberg led the vision strategy of Amdocs Enterprise Product Catalog. This is the master catalog for the Amdocs CES portfolio and its open architecture enables interfacing with 3rd party business and operational support systems. Prior to that, as the Development Manager of Amdocs Ordering for an Amdocs customer in Europe, Ms. Ginzberg was responsible for the successful deployment of the Ordering system for data products. Ms. Ginzberg was the Manager of Amdocs Document Designer, leading the development of this best-of-breed product that serves millions of subscribers for Amdocs customers. Ms. Ginzberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University, Israel.
