Holger Knöpke, born in 1966, has been in charge of Deutsche Telekom AG's QIVICON Smart Home platform business since the beginning of 2011. He previously worked for Deutsche Telekom in various management positions in Strategy, Products & Innovation, and Customer Marketing in Germany and the United States. Earlier stages in his career included consulting work in communications, computing and the media business with management consultants Booz Allen & Hamilton in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt and several positions in Product Management with Unilever in Hamburg.

Cyril joined Vodafone in January 2011 as head of Machine to Machine (M2M) in Southern Europe and then in February 2014 transferred over to take on the role of head of Machine to Machine M2M in northern Europe. He has a wealth of experience across the M2M space in a number of international markets. Cyril is fully responsible for driving Vodafone’s M2M growth, business strategy, products and profit and loss in key countries such as Italy, The UK, The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Greece, Egypt, the Middle East, Ireland, Belgium, France and the Nordics.

Mr. Alessandro Adriani was appointed CEO of Bridge Alliance in June2012. Prior to his current position, Mr. Adriani served a decade withVodafone in the UK and Italy. In his capacity as the Head ofInternational Services, Mr. Adriani was responsible for thedevelopment and launch of new products, services and propositions forhigh-value customers globally in the consumer and enterprise segments.Before joining Vodafone, Mr. Adriani held senior positions in ArthurD. Little, Bouygues Telecom and Telecom Italia Mobile. Mr. Adrianiholds an MSc and an MBA, both from the Henley Business School, ReadingUniversity (UK). He has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Bankingat Siena University (Italy).

Magnus Lundgren,
Head of Connected Vehicle Cloud

Magnus Lundgren is Head of Connected Vehicle Cloud for Ericsson. Based in Sweden, he is responsible for overseeing global Service Enablement sales towards industry and society focused clients. Prior to joining Ericsson in 2007, Lundgren served as Senior Business Development Director for Drutt, a Swedish pioneer in mobile storefronts. He also has several years of experience in the Telecom Business Support Systems space and software development for the automotive industry. Lundgren holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden.

With more than 12 years of experience in the M2M, IoT and telecommunications sectors, Shawn has worked across the globe – from San Diego to Richmond, to Bangkok and, most recently, Singapore – for major companies including HP, Sierra Wireless and Siemens. Most recently, as Head of Operator Solution Sales at Jasper Wireless in Singapore, Shawn secured expansion for an IoT connected device platform across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America. Having worked in many facets of IoT including manufacturing, design, solution architecture and multi communication protocols, Shawn has spent significant time with the Oil &Gas, Automotive, Transportation and Payment segments.

Bernd Heinrichs,

Bernd Heinrichs has 20 years of professional experience in the high tech communications market. He was actively involved in early research on and development of TCP/IP and ATM protocols when he was with Technical University of Aachen, Germany. After that he managed several engineering projects for Ericsson. It followed a move to Cisco in 1996, where he was running different Sales, Channel, Business Development and Marketing Operations. Since August 2013 he is Managing Director for Internet of Things Sales and R&D in EMEAR.

She is in charge of defining and implementing service and product offer strategy for the Gemalto M2M business unit. Laetitia is committed to support mobile network operator, M2M actors, service providers in leveraging the full potential of M2M (Machine to Machine) and its related services.Laetitia joined Gemplus Banking and Loyalty division in 1996. Since 2001, she is focusing on mobile telecommunication, where she held various marketing positions including Product management for smart cards and related services. She became Marketing Director for Europe committed to introduce Gemalto innovations and solutions to the market from Mobile marketing, to mobile NFC going through machine-to-machine and multimedia services.Laëtitia holds an Engineering Degree from Polythec Clermond-Ferrand. .

Mr. Ludovic Le Moan co-founded SIGFOX and has been its Chief Executive Officer since December 2010. Mr. Le Moan served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Scoop.it Inc. Mr. Le Moan also served as Chief Executive Officer of Anyware Technologies SA. He started his career in scientific and business positions prior to taking over the management of COFRAMI Group (1500 people). He left the position to create Anyware Technologies. He founded GOOJET (now Scoop.it). He is also a Director of SIGFOX. Mr. Le Moan served as the Chairman of SIGFOX. Mr. Le Moan is a Engineer graduated from ENSIMAG (group Polytechnique Grenoble).

Angel David García Barrio joined Etisalat in 2014. Prior to this he was Head of Alliances at Telefónica Group, which he joined in 2001 as Head of M-Commerce at Telefónica Móviles. His department is in charge of defining the strategy and the partnerships in M2M in the whole world. Before, he worked as Business Development Manager at Ericsson Spain and Product Manager of new means of Payment in the Spanish Confederation of Saving Banks.

Prior to establishing Machina Research, Matt worked at 3 UK, Yankee Group and Analysys Mason. Matt's current focus at Machina Research is squarely on the emerging opportunity for machine-to-machine communication. He is considered one of the foremost industry experts on M2M. As well as managing a growing team of analysts at Machina Research he spends his time helping mobile network operators, vendors, regulators and numerous other interested parties to understand the implications and opportunities presented by the growth of new connected devices. Matt is widely quoted in both trade publications and the wider national and international press. He also speaks frequently at conferences and acts as a judge for a number of prestigious awards. Matt holds an MSc in Telecommunications (Distinction) from University College London.

Beecham Research is based in Cambridge UK, with offices in London and Boston MA, and specializes in the development of the rapidly-growing M2M/IOT market worldwide. Robin has over 35 years experience in the telecom/IT industry. Firstly in commercial roles covering Marketing Management, Sales Management and General Management in international technology vendor companies including General Electric Company, STC/Nortel and in start-ups. Secondly in market analysis/consulting roles, including as a Director of Research at Dataquest/Gartner and as an independent consultant. He has been researching the M2M/IOT market for over a decade, since 2001, and is an internationally recognized thought leader in this area. Clients include major market players from all parts of the M2M/IOT value chain.Robin gained a BSc honours degree in Electronics, followed by an MSc in Management and Business Studies at Warwick University in the UK. He also studied at INSEAD in Fontainebleu, France.

Emmanuel Routier started his carreer in 1991 at France Telecom on the deregulated market of voice & data private networks for French major accounts. Emmanuel then worked during 11 years in wholesale business, which took him to the US for France Telecom North America and to Europe for Mobistar. He also played an active role from 2004 to 2006 in the coordination of France Telecom Group wholesales business as Wholesale Coordination Committee Officer.. He joined Mobistar in 1999, where he managed Mobistar interconnection business, then extended his responsibilities to roaming, mobile & fix wholesales business and then to Machine to Machine activity. Emmanuel is, since beginning 2009, Director Machine to Machine & Intl M2M Center. He is responsible for Mobistar Machine to Machine Business Unit and for the M2M global offer for the Orange Group.
